Working with Carolyn was such a great experience. She led me through the house buying process and helped me find the most perfect house for me and my family. She was so incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful at all times. My husband was deployed and I had to take our 6 month old with us wherever we went, and Carolyn offered to help me numerous times with my daughter while I was looking around or if my baby was fussy. While we walked around the house, Carolyn gave many tips and suggestions on how something could be improved. I felt confident buying our house with her because of the dedication and knowledge she showed the entire time. Husband is now home and we are both so in love with our new house. Carolyn is absolutely amazing. Her best characteristics are communication and follow thru which are critical traits for a property manager, especially for those stationed overseas. It has been much appreciated how responsive Carolyn has been with our needs as we deal with a 9 hour time zone difference to include the needs of the tenant which is equally important. Another key factor to consider for anyone in the Bell Hill is her knowledge of the neighborhood and the homes. I would recommend her anytime.

Carolyn was extraordinary. While we were looking at homes, she was upfront and honest and pointed out pros and cons of homes, often without being prompted.
With this being our first home, she walked us through every step of the process and consistently went out of her way to ensure that our needs were met. She communicated on a regular basis, by phone, email and text message and we felt that she kept a healthy balance and knew when conversations required the various means of communication.
Furthermore, she communicated on our behalf with the lenders, title company and other real estate agent and placed very little pressure on us.
